Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal
At Objeto Original, we want your experience to be as simple and transparent as possible. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it following the conditions detailed below.
1. Right of withdrawal (online purchases)
If you have made a purchase through our online store, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
There is no need to justify the reason.

You can use the withdrawal form included in point 6, although it is not mandatory.
2. General conditions for return
To accept your return, the item must:
- Be in perfect condition and without signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and operation.
- Keep its original packaging (if any), properly protected for shipping.
- Include the proof of purchase.
No returns will be accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold once opened (only applicable if they are incorporated in the future).
3. Return shipping costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- In case of a defective product or shipping error, we will cover the costs.
4. Refund
Once the merchandise has been received and checked:
- We will refund the price of the product and, if applicable, the standard shipping costs of the initial order.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The maximum refund period will be 14 calendar days, although it will normally be carried out in 7–10 business days.
5. Special Christmas Deadline
To make buying gifts easier:
Orders placed between December 1 and January 10 can be returned until January 10, without prejudice to the statutory 14-day right which still applies.

6. International Returns
If you have placed an order with a destination outside of Spain, you can also request a refund within the terms and conditions of our Returns Policy.

2. Return costs
International return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error in the order or a defective product.
Customs duties, tariffs or import taxes are non-refundable and will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping the package
The customer must send the shipment using a trackable method, keeping the receipt until we confirm receipt.
We do not accept returns sent collect or without prior notice.
4. Receipt and refund
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid.
Please note that:
- The refund will not include the original shipping costs of the order, except in the case of error or defect.
- Refund processing may take between 7 and 14 business days, depending on the payment method and international shipping.
5. Products are non-refundable in international shipments
Personalized items or those that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened, are excluded from returns in any country.
